i wouldnt say its horrible since 40/20 is normal for ST drops, and having two type 8s is nice, however http://clone.thehiddenforest.org/item.php?id=6712 is far more desired for the proc even with only one type 8, of course i know asking for the same proc on a double type 8 item is to much but perhaps giving it a alternative proc rather than a DD ( maybe

To be honest, im against more mana stuff. We have so much + mana items, spells, AAs etc. No one can be really be going OOM on our Server and having to med for 10 minutes like it was on Live.

We can talk about changing the Proc or Ratio a bit.

Looking at the line of freezing strikes they go up about 25dd a level. Its safe to say that you would expect something better than a 250dd proc off a tier 4 raid mob. Would it be possible to up the proc rate from 25dd ->50dd a level. would put fs vII closer to 450dd which imo would make the item much more desirable.

40/20 with 4 cold damage on it maybe? (if elemental damage indeed works)

Yea that's true. Im kinda stuck to using lure types already but that's usually too high. I need to keep reminding that i am the god of the spellfile and can do what i need

Falchion now sports a +5 ele Cold damage (i assume it works, tell me its not and we change that) and i added a 100% proc rate mod.
