No aug slots are visible when placed in the aug container.

Hmmm i cannot see any reason why that would be the case. The augment slots should be visible.
Have you tried using the botaugment command? curious if it works

That works but augs still don't show in the container so don't believe i can remove them at this point.

That’s really interesting... it shows them as visible in the item table. I’ll try and see what’s up. I’m guessing bazaar birdbath?

Think I found the issue. Should be fixed with next reboot.
