I picked this up on my ranger a while back after doing the pet quest. However, I can't click it from inventory because it says "...race/class/deity may not use this item..."

I was wondering if it would be possible to make this item all/all due to the availability of a pet to all classes. It's a semi-rare drop and I don't see how it would negatively impact balance. For instance, I would like to get one for my Paladin; however, Paladins aren't able to use it. But, if you're a Cleric, you can feed toys to your hammer with your own name that bugs out other people trying to heal you (I think the WoS pet is better than the Cleric's magical "lol your pet got healed and you died" pet.)

If you'd prefer to leave it as-is that's cool. Thanks for the consideration.

Semi related suggestion. If the fear belt is made all all, can we update the VP haste clicky stick to all/all as well? http://www.thehiddenforest.org/webtools ... p?id=69417

Why do you guys hate poor casters?

Have you seen my list of characters? I love casters Like I said, if the idea of extending the belt to all/all clickability was acceptable, figured I'd toss the haste component in too. If not, I am fine since I have my box army

I don't hate casters. My hydra is paladin/ranger/shaman/cleric/druid/enchanter.

I was farming automaton parts for my gimpy team today and Euphoric Harmony kept being cast by my enchanter. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from.

So nah, I <3 the casters. lol. I always main a ranger so you know I love casters. Your gate will go off faster than mine.

This too has class restrictions and can't even be used by some with class specific pets, namely SKs:

I'd be for opening up this item to all classes as well.

I'm all for these changes as well...but...when we pushed for /pet hold on all classes that wasn't adopted.

With all classes sporting Draekon pets for lots of players I don't see why non-pet classes shouldn't be able to properly buff their pets, give them weapons, and keep them well behaved when necessary.

My personal opinion is that the donor pet classes will so far outstrip our little blue Draekon pets that they need not worry about being devalued.

Some other things I would like with pets: Illusions. Wouldn't it be great to be able to cast an illusion on all our pets to make them all look like lovely little gnomes(!!!)..or brownies?

But a small change may be deceptively annoying for developers...like pet size. I don't know if any of the changes requested would cause such a problem.....

New plan, everyone and every npc is gnomes.

I say implement after so much em focus or tier of pet / donor pet make them come pre equiped with all weps etc. Dont have to be from get go for people but a near end game feature once you unlock a em focus or tier pet.

If I come back as gnomes, I know who to blame....Anything but that.

I still dream of one day having /pet hold for all classes.
The rest is cool too I guess.
