The Hidden Forest

The first aug drops start at around level 30 to 35, the weapon augs have a required of 35 which is reasonable, the armour augs have a required of 45.. which means no equiping for at least another 10 levels.

The better augs that drop from named and in 50+ zones (life shard, combat token, resistance fragment) also have a required of 45.

By the time I can actually equip the chaotic armour augs, I'm already getting the better augs and consequently they just get destroyed most of the time or maybe used to temporarily fill a slot on my bot.

I also seem to have a talent for forgeting the required level and auging my armour at 30 ish, forcing me to delete all the augs when I eventually realise I've cocked it up again :/

Any reason the chaotic armour aug requred level can't be dropped to 35 like the chaotic weapon augs?

If you give me a list of the augmentations I'll see what we can do.

It's not really a problem to change the level requirements for these but just bear in mind that the majority of items from the same zones are level 40-45. It's not so unrealistic to say the augments come at level 45 (particularly seeing as those 5 levels take about 30-60 minutes to progress through); I'd suggest it's also overkill to spend any time fully auging in guk/kc/com considering the biggest bottleneck in seb/nag is levels, rather than gear.

That said, you have a fair point so I'm going to lower the requirements down to level 40 for these augments. In my experience, you should be partway through progressing the content by that time so should be able to start augmenting items as quickly as you can loot or quest for them.

You're right about KC/Guk/CoM of course, I get what I need (quests) and head for Seb, where the better augs drop like rain. I just couldn't see the point of having augs that drop at 30 that you can't equip till 45.. 40 is a distinct improvement though, thanks again.

It looks like there are duplicates (same name, different stats) for these that don't drop in the item database and a 'chaotic stone of sturdiness' that doesn't drop at all..

Those three were the ones I've changed. They should be updated on live now.
