clicky seems broken, my melees using this clicky at any named fight. i just noticed that mob getting twin proc 5% buff instead of Melee Vulnerability: -5%

[Slot 1] Modify Melee Vulnerability: -10%

Strength of Power I - web tool says twin proc 5% buff to target.
Strength of Power II - web tool says vulnerabiliy melee debuff to -8% to target.
Strength of Power III - web tool says vulnerabiliy melee debuff to -10% to target.

seems need to fix this strength of power I like rank2 and rank3
