Active Antithesis Residue drop

Active Antithesis Residue, item 122971, drops from mobs but that mob list does not show up in the Allaclone. Is this because its not desired to be entered yet, or perhaps the item does not appear on corpses using the normal loot code and so the Allaclone code does not see it?
