Possible Rogue 3.0 issue

I am just going to guess this is form the 3.0 as I was not getting this spam until I completed it.

Did some more testing to see if I could get it to stop. Narrowed it down to something on the mq2melee plugin but I can't figure out why it started after completing the 3.0. I am really not sure if this is a third party software issue or something with the 3.0 or both together.
