The Hidden Forest

Was trying to gate out of a zone on my bard and was unable to click my Elite Charm of Queen Adrianne (Getting Recast Time Not Met Error). Only thing I noticed on cooldown was my Cloak of Solteris (Tier 9) http://www.thehiddenforest.org/webtools ... p?id=80687. Is this intentional or what else could've been blocking my Charm from casting?

Actually did some further testing with it and a bunch of other clickies were getting the same error. None of them have a recast listed. I did try logging out as well, was still unable to click once I logged back in.

Random out of the box suggestion, is your PC time correct?

Appears to be.

Tested this again this morning. Cloak cooldown is definitely blocking other clickies like Charm, Loop of Chaos, Plate Greaves of the Helpless, illusion clickies to name a few.

I did a hotfix, the changes should be live now. Let me know if it fixed the issue.

Looks like it fixed the issue on clicking the Gate Charm. Still unable to cast other clickies while the Cloak is on cooldown though.

Guess a better question is, why does Cloak of Solteris break some cooldowns while http://www.thehiddenforest.org/webtools ... p?id=80677 doesn't? They have the same clicky effect. One is a 45 minute recast while the other is 1 hour if that means anything.

Tested this from my SK. Clicking Woven Cloak and having it on cooldown, I'm able to use my other instant-clicks like Loop of Chaos, Iced Necklace, Plate Greaves of the Helpless, and Mask of the Masters. From the bard, while Cloak of Solteris is on cooldown and I can't click any of those listed.

Hmm, might need a server reset then. It should be fixed as I changed the cloak not to be on the same cooldown pool as all those other items, in fact it shouldn't put anything on cooldown now.

Gotcha, I'll hold off on it till the next reboot then.

Tested again this morning after the reboot and looks like everything it's working correctly now. Thanks Lillu!
