Kidding. But it does need a description.

Its a custom spell so its lacking a description. Otherwise people would not only need to download a spellfile but also the dbstr.txt or whatever its called.

some times when a custom spell effect matches an existing spell, you could probably use a description ID tag from an existing spell.
If this spell does what regular Rune usually does- then you can copy off description id tag from another rune spell

Ya i know. But its not the case and if i just add a string that matches halfway people complain that its not doing 100% what it does. I tend to just leave it off
