Any chance of getting this clicky changed ?
(Dont have any idea to what at this time)

Kermit has been lugging this around for some time now so i decided to test the clicky which is:

(Shield of the Morning Dew) - id : 6725

Effect: Memory Blur
Type: Click
Casting time: 3 sec
Spell effects
1 : Effect type : Memblur (10%)

What that means ?
Does the npc lose 10% hate towards you when it lands ?
Or is it 10% chance to forget you ?

I clicked it about 50 times on Telkorenar in ToV and 50 times on an Orc Pawn in Crushbone
I never lost aggro on either of them so im guessing it doesnt cause them to forget you or it doesnt work which leads to if its 10% hate loss ill either be dead by the time I attempt to click this (which wouldnt be my first choice of options ) or aggro is already pulled off me which pretty much makes it useless..

I can replace it with Memflux. That's the strongest of the Memblur Series with an effect of 50%. 10% chance means indeed 10% chance of the mob totally forgetting you and everyone else on it's hatelist.

That series always sucked, that's why enchanters even got an AA line to improve the chance of it to land.

Sometimes i believe a mem blur is a bad idea in most cases, as you just stated it causes the mob to completely forget its hate list, which means all the tanks need to reget all the hate, but again in some cases it could be useful.

Hmm...

Guess there is no real input to my post..

oops!

From what I know out of experience, memblur ONLY works well on rooted, or permarooted mobs (like ToV dragons). Problem is, if you're in aggro range, and you memblur a mob, it will immediately re-aggro even if you've been dropped of the hate list.

But, I also do know that I've clicked Tvenken's Slippers of Silence a few hundred times on various npcs and have yet to see ANY result, on ANY mob. I suggest taking look at the line itself and consider improving it, or remove it from any items. It's not really useful at all.

Any suggestions or ideas for replacements from anyone?
