PoA bow V ST Bow

I got the PoA bow on Billaski the other day and the first thing I noticed was the minimal upgrade it is from ST. Can you spice it up a bit, Tyler? Considering it's a 2 tier difference, the upgrade gap seems very small ><.

Also, it doesn't seem to have a proc on it like the other bows.

The PoA bow has +35 extra Damage though. Added Proc and a bit Damage anyways.
