Can you please make them clickies so they work?

Good catch. Those effects placed into Worn type slot, where they simply do not work.
Sleeper effect could made into a clicky I guess, but Flesh Bracer effect is a focus, making it into a clicky would be INSANELY overpowered cause it will stack with the worn focus.
This is not exactly my area, so you will have to wait on Lillu on final ruling about these.

I agree Chaos, but it's coming from tier 7 and also not that many casters out there at that level of the game, so I guess we can consider this as some class balancing.
