I just obtained the 2.0 for my cleric, and am kinda frustrated by that ugly aug slot 4 on there.

Its the same for the cleric 1.5, and as they're both shields, the slot 4 augs are absolutely useless, seeing as they're all damage/proc augs for 1h/2h weapons. Is there any way that we could get the actual aug slot changed to something useful? Or possibly add a few slot 4 augs not made for main hand weapon procs/damage increase?

This seems to be what you're looking for. That's probably one of the only type 4 augs with stats on it, but there is one =p

And follow that up with the PoAir type 4 augs.

See, i saw that aug, but it just seems a shame to stick that into a 2.0 epic shield with the 2.8 aug already in it. If it were some trash KC shield, I wouldnt have a problem for it. Im trying to find something with a little "oomph", befitting the shield itself. I seem to be running into a huge lack of non-combat DPS type 4 augs though.
