cannot equip chaotic embroidred black cape

Hi
Looted a chaotic embroidred black cape last night, but i cannot equip it on my lv58 necro.
When I tried to put it on my back it doesn't says any incompatibilty message, but simply retain on my cursor. but the stats shows that I should be able to wear it.
