Fippys loot would seem to be a tier above Dragon loot, yet the mob looks a tier below, and tradeable too.

Is this to help promote Tradeable over No Drop to encourage the economy?

You are right, world bosses will be tuned up a bit today. However, they "difficulty" is also in finding them up. Also, we want to offer tempting loot from these "rare" npcs so players actually care to scout and race for them..

And yeah, tradable loot will hopfully move our economy a tad. We keep working on it.
