Pauldrons of Ferocity, and PoFear Weapons

I'll start off with the pauldrons of ferocity. I was wondering if these were missing a slot 16 augment spot on them because the other items that cazic drops have 2 slot 8 spots and a slot 16 on them.
Also the weapons that drop in fear off the various bosses have a slot 16 augment spot on them. The ball of pure fear ( http://www.thehiddenforest.org/item.php?id=13029 ) is the damage augment that trash can drop and is flagged as a slot 5 augment and as such is not usable in anything that I know of. I'm not sure if the weapons need to be changed to have a slot 5 instead of 16 or if the ball of pure fear needs to become a slot 16.
