I noticed the Scepter of Lightning only has +40 hps. It seems a bit low, was this to be +400??

I guess so too. Fixed to 400 hp. Jericho's item tho, maybe he intended it to be 40hp and will fix it back to 40 hp

Posting from my phone right now due to no internet lol. The item is supposed to be a 285. 400 is entirely too much for that tier of gear
