The Hidden Forest

Just curious if the Blade of Carnage can be looked at when you get time im getting about 3 or 4 processes in a 3 minute fight and thats with maxed ingenuity aa's seemed alot better before the revise and to much after but since the fix this is what im getting. im posting a snap since i dont know how you rate the processing and i know you cant compare it to shammies panther but heres a shot anyway, also i have tested it in both primary and secondary , high level and low level mobs, also helped Maron do some testing in solrotower and to estimate it i got like 4 processes out of 7 kills (387 is the BoC) crits are in there somewhere i just got it turned off anti-spam.

Two things come to mind:

a) Panther needs nerfage
b) BoC doesn't proc as much as i want it to be

I tweaked the procrate setting (actually made it worse) but maybe the settings works the other way round, we'll see. The BoC was supposed to proc 50% more than regular weapons
and it seems it procs 50% less atm.
