Donator bard weap clicky

Hiya. Just wanted to ask about the bard donator weapon and the clicky on it, thinking it might be broken. At the moment there is no tooltip for the clicky to explain what it is, and having been using the effect (Fire Dance) on Zrazzt, I haven't noticed it have any effect as opposed to not having it on. The 2.0 epic weapon clicky is a pretty nice group mod effect, just curious if the effect on the donator bard weapon could fixed =).
