Is this one of the items that may be considered for changing back to instant click in the future?

Ive been using this item for a long time on my Warrior to facilitate agroing multiple mobs at once into camp, and to me its become a vital part of my pulling.

With a 15 second recast it now means I cant use this to agro multiple creatures before bringing them into camp if they dont share the same faction agro. (unless I spend a few minutes running around in between the 15 sec reset )

If not cant you just stick the effect on a piece of every War slot used item in every tier set?

It was merely removed so people couldnt cast manaflare on themselves and insta click this as ManaFlare would fire every time.

Even a minor debuff (with a long range) would have the same effect, or change the earing to have the debuff effect (as this then wouldnt fire manaflare)

Yup exactly, might change the Earring to a Dispell instead. Would serve the same purpose.

Ok - removed recast delay, made it usable by all classes to stop exploting (ha!). New clickeffect is a lev4 Enchanter spell.

Yay! Rogue pull ftw. Seriously, tradeskill farming without something like that is major suckage.

Think you are as upset as we are that there have been people obviously exploiting encounters and entire progression levels without bothering to tell us?
