The Hidden Forest

After looking through the allaclone, it doesn't look like the worn effect that was added to increase their spell damage to 125% (1.5) and 150% (2.0) is working, the allaclone has the effects as a teleport(1.5) and a blind(2.0). On the 2.0 it is an effect and not a focus, so I'm almost positive that's not working right, can any berserkers post and let us know if they are getting a significant boost in spell damage procs when equipping their 1.5 / 20 ?
