Ring for the Strong

I don't know if it's just me, but it seems 75% of the time I try to use the clicky on this, it says I can't use it yet (on cooldown). It's suppose to have a 1-hour CD (right?), but I'm pretty sure more than four occasions, it hasn't been used for 2 hours at least. Is there anyway the clicky can be checked? I was using "Ring of the Clawed Guardian" before (my SK bot now has it lol) and it never failed. Is there also a way to add a graphic effect (like Warrior Donator weapon "Blade of the Warlord") to show when the item is on CD?

i have had this happen a few times in last few days
i havnt used the ring in several days and it said recast time not met

Last night I thought had waited plenty of time for the recast but ended up with the same message. Recast is 10 min 30 sec according to clone.

Thanks for reporting it. The Kael Gloves never had the same problem the entire time, correct?

Edit: Ok - removed the cast time from the Ring to match the Kael gloves. Same for the activation type. Please report back after todays reload.

The recast is 1h btw, not 10 mins. The Item has a recast timer that doesn't need to match the recast delay of the spellitself.

If you have another item with the same type of recast delay, it will effect the ring clicky, I've had no problems whatsoever with having it bugged, and I've been using it longer than anyone on the server.

Thanks Tyler! & yes, the Kael gloves never failed for me. I just had this ring a couple of weeks now, and it has been frustrating because it has been unreliable for me. I'll report if I still experience any problems with it after the change you implemented.

Not sure if it was intended but the ring is now a 60 minute duration, which means tanks can zone in and pop the ring and have defensive on for an entire hour, too powerful imo.

Odd - i didnt touch the effect at all. It's by no means intended and will be fixed today.
