Emblem of Strength doesn't have a DD proc on it like say, Emblem of Shattering. Any chance a small DD could be applied to it like that one?

Not answering your post just adding a that iirc the Emblem of Shattering being a 2hs aug, the DD is an attempt to bring 2hs users dps up to par with melee instead of adding even more raw DMG leaving room for future upgrade on 2hs weapons.

Not sure this is really necessary for the zerker but would be for the knights class.

I would be happy with a proc that when it fires decreases hate by 10. That would be amazing.
