Was wondering if you could lower the cast time to 1 or 2 seconds? It's a nice pulling tool, but previous pulling tools were 1-2 sec cast so 3 seems a little off!

yea, should have been 2. I was more thinking about to use this to tag this off the puller anyways.
Item Change -> Reload needed
