Earring of the Frozen Body

Shows to me it has 1 charge on it, is this correct? I mean, the earring has some nice stats, but you just get to use it one time then give it to a BoT?

It has 3 charges on FD on it. It's sort of emergency item. If you want more, you need to farm it.
Also added nodrop flag, seems i missed that when i created the item. Also changed aug-type to 8 and removed lore flag.
