Ancient Chain Wristband problems

I just combined my items for my rogue's VP chain wristband and for some reason rogues arent on the list of classes that can use it and bards are even though it's chain, i would like this taken care of as soon as possible because i have other pieces that i'm going to be turning in very soon and i dont want the same crap happening. thank you and have a nice day.
