Chaotic Mace of the Dread

I picked one of these up on my alt today. This is a 16/18 1hb from the 30-55 levelling zones, and I've used it before on my Ranger to much success. However, today I found out that it's not actually Monk usable, but it is Berserker usable.

Is this intended or just a bug/accidental mis-tag? Just wondering, thanks! =)
