Bard ToV Legs

I have only recently noticed that the bard tov leg clicky is not affected by true enchantment (the buff prolong focus) and I was curious if this was intentional or only overlooked?

Currently it seems that beneficial foci that extend the duration of buffs are broken.

On another note i checked your magelo and couldn't find a item that had a foci that would extend the buff timer.
