although this item has a recast type and delay, it is consumed upon use. I unfortunately learned this after looting it on my paladin, Urahara, tonight. Would appreciate just getting it back, although having it say consumable would probably be a nice change(if it was intended to be so).

lol, sorry about it. Hoop of Command is fixed.

Check your bank with Urahara. (don't use it before today's reboot )

now when i click it, i get the "Item is out of charges." message.

The item is perfect. You gave it to your bot and that breaks item with charges, it's a known bug. :/

Will replace you ingame in case you didn't knew about this bug.

i took the hoop out of my bank and clicked it, got that message. something other than the bot bug must have gone on because im positive i didnt give it to a bot, dont even have a paladin bot to give it to =)
