not sure on your intentions here but it doesnt have a recast (virtue clicky with 7.0s cast)
just figured since most other hp buff clickies have a recast (since you can spam cast them to heal) this one might have been looked over. but then again im probably wrong again lol

Yea i know, but its ok really. 7 sec cast for 1k heal and its a rare drop, too.
