The Hidden Forest

Ring of Superiority (6283) is showing unknown effect for everyone who was present.

It shows as NPC Packmaster's Curse and once I saw the click on lucy I was excited to actually have mobs do 20% less spell dmg. I got it, clicked it, and nothing happened though it tried to cast it, but didn't actually cast. Good news is that the zone didn't crash.

Edit: Ok I just noticed that the emu alla only comes up with "Packmaster's Curse" and not "NPC Packmaster's Curse". I guess that's the problem!

Can anyone confirm if this is still a problem?

It is :\ I guess Packmaster's Curse would be tough to use anyway since it's AE, but what about something like this? http://mqemulator.net/spell.php?id=7819 Just to have a spell damage decrease available would be great for raids, especially since spell shielding does not work as we've found out the hard way.
