I've killed most hateful dozens of times and he has only dropped 2 spells every time. I think the item may be too rare due to the large loot table with all the different spells. As a rogue, the piercing mod is very enticing. Currently, non of the items from the "Powerful Chain" line offer a piercing mod.

Reviewed drop rate and I think you are just unlucky =P The spells are on another drop trable and do not take up aug drop chance. He isn't intended to drop items commonly, but does have a decent chance

in 8 monhts of farming ST i think i have seen it maybe 3 times? He has a VERY rare chance of dropping items, so just gotta keep at it 8).

i have never seen him drop anything more then 2 spells and some rolling papers.
2 times in 8 months wow.

I swear I've seen 3 drops in 4 kills =P I've seen the radiant cure neck rot several times as well

I'll discuss it getting a slight bump with the other devs

Thats why i named him most hateful - i knew people would hate him to death for

a) his pathing
b) his loot table
