Valtron's Necklace of Wonder

The Circle of Mana III effect appears to not work. I tried it on myself (Conviction) and it made no difference, but the description says on companions so I had a guildie try it (Wunshi) and same result, no reduction in mana.
According to mqemulator ...
Slot 1: Decrease Spell Mana Cost by 12%
Slot 2: Limit: Max Level(75)
Slot 3: Limit: Spell(Complete Healing excluded)
Slot 4: Limit: Combat Skills Not Allowed
Bummer too, would have been great to have for the healers hiding with me from AE's.

So I completely forgot about this one ... clicky effect is still the same. The other day when you can to chat, you mentioned that clicky effects and focus effects could be the same but stack. I've noticed that healer aggro reduction is now needed more ... half the time I have a wicked time getting aggro off Jerant if I have to pop a few AHL's into my CH rotation - and this is already with a 6% reduction in hate!
What about making this effect a clicky hate reduction buff?

Sorry, with Hans' weapon upgrades I haven't needed to use this in awhile - but just tried and it casts, but no spell lands.

That's the problem, there are no messages. All I get it the basic messages about casting any spell like:
"You begin casting Divine Blessing" (or whatever)
And that is all.

Ok so with the new spell file it casts now just fine and I get the message saying, "Something makes you look less dangerous." however there is no spell or song icon. Is this intended? How will I now to recast it or if it wears off?
On the AllaKhazam clone it says the duration is instant? Does that mean it wears off immediately?
