What spell file are you using? It's a detrimental spell haste focus, you're the first i've heard say it's unknown. Try downloading the spell file that Jerant has posted on one of these threads and see if it fixes it, or try to get the default one back.

Works for everyone but Aarcore for some reason. Still confused why it didn't work for him. Thinking maybe it didn't get named right because all of his came up as unknown.

so spell file fixed it. just a FYI its a level 75 focus effect. from TSS expansion. also molten ice is showing unknown for me as well.

also where this click wont work...maybe you could replace it with Divine Arbitration?

There is no click effect on this BP.
Besides, Divine Arbitration is an epic effect and will not go on any non-epic items anytime soon.
