Monk type 30 Aug from ST

Yesterday I made the second type 30 Aug for Saurii (monk). It poofed as I already have one. Stupidily I hadn't looked prior, but it seems it is the only type 30 that is lore 
Warrior, Rogue, Cleric, Wizard, etc are not lore and some of my toons have 2, but when I tried to make Saurii's second it poofed telling me I already had one Lore item.
