its a shroud of stealth clicky (2 min duration) and it lasts that duration however functionaliy of the effect is only invis ( see invis mobs still see through, IE toV trash, lotus in FG, caster shissar in ssra ect....)

I just did some research and on live this was basically a bard/rogue's pre-nerf circlet of shadows where it was an insta-cast invis.

I think the item is acceptable as is because it is an insta-cast invis for all classes. Insta-cast invis to get you out of a jam for 2 minutes. If you want longer then you can use your earring from CB/Paludal (whichever it was).

I think it's intentional, since it's a customized one, but Tyler will let you know soon anyways.
