Chaotic bracer of flames - PoF - no more on loot table?

Hi,
I searched on forums and did not find anything.
I do not remember if it was supposed to drop off minis on the way to Fennin, during the event - otherwise it should be on other named mobs loot table.
Was the bracer removed on purposes?
It would be great to get this item back, chaotic swiftness is available on named for some classes (shimmering sleeves of flames for Int casters) when it is only available on Fennin for others (chaotic mesh girdle for int/wis casters or powerfull legs for plate class). Non plate, non int/wis casters cannot get this focus in PoF.
