Ranger tov armor

So tonight i was one happy ranger boy when i got the last orb i need to complete the ToV armor quest line, so i ran my happy little feet to Erodin the agressor and talked some with him. After i turned in the orb, ancient tarnish boots and two white symbols white symbols he gave me something else then a pair of boots.

He gave me organs book of soluions, not sure why he gave me it, maybe he thinks i should read, or maybe it was a mistake )
