The proc (Dance of the Blade) is fairly useless due to the fact that by the time you get this item you have a song that's much better. It's the same proc as the 1.0, and this proc also won't fire if you're using #melody, which I'm pretty sure all bards are using 99% of the time unless pulling.

Maybe a damage proc instead? Bards can always use more melee DPS =)

The haste stacks with your song haste, Ipod. It's the same as the 1.0 proc, except instead of having it proc you can insta cast it on your whole group to keep them hasted.

Ahh, does it stack with normal song haste or just the overhaste?
