This LDON aug should be Focusing Disease dmg , it actually boost Poison dmg.

I assume it's the same bug for the glowing pearl of bile

I was just about to post on this as well. The Glowing Pearl of Malady is definitely failing to boost disease damage as it should. Spear of the Storm (disease, base dmg 2400) still hits for exactly 2400 with this item equipped.

I'll hold onto it for now in the hopes it will be fixed, but a disease-focus item out of the LDON pearls would be nice. If I need to swap it out for another one, could a dev let me know which one is/will be focusing disease damage?

This problem isn't limited to the glowing pearl of malady either. webtools/items.php?id=83612 (dark malady focus)
is focusing poison from what i can tell.

Hm... Is there any decent disease focus item for a SK that is functioning properly at the moment? Preferably something that does not require raiding T2+?

tested on my SK, who has webtools/items.php?id=4963 which has Vampiric Bile, webtools/spell.php?id=7852 is boosting Spear of Storm to 3840 dmg.

So, while its not correct, you can use the ToV armor legs to boost your spear dmg

I wonder if the Bile/Malady foci are just backwards? Bile working on disease while Malady works on poison?

Would a Glowing Pearl of Bile focus the spear of storm? Anyone have experience with this?

I went out and blew the ldon points to get the pearl of bile and swap it in for the pearl of malady. Sure enough, the pearl of bile is modifying Spear of Storm. Looks like the bile and malady lines are just inverted from their descriptions.
