Ring for the Spiritual stacking issues

Currently Ring for the Spiritual (webtools/items.php?id=9728) has stacking issues with its click effect Chaotic Spirit (webtools/spell.php?id=8598).

When using the click effect it will overwrite True Devotion (webtools/spell.php?id=8561) as a result I am assuming it overwrites the whole devotion line but haven't tested that far.

This doesn't really make any sense since the ring click is an increased healing buff and the devotion line is a spell haste line. So as a result when clicking the ring you obviously get increased healing power but lose the spell haste.

Don't see any logical reason why these two things should not stack since they are completely seperate effects?

Since we're talking about it, Chaotic spirit webtools/spell.php?id=8598 is a little underwhelming too. Could it please get a bump or have the recast significantly reduced to reflect how difficult it is to finish? All the other class rings buffs are amazing and can have a huge impact on the fight. I feel a little guilty every time I use it because the fennin drop could have gone to any other class and they would have gotten way more use out of it.

Actually over writes several buffs, Cant remember the last time I ever clicked it.
