The Hidden Forest

The effects of these two don't stack. I understand the possibility of not wanting to give 25% damage modifier with a 35% damage modifier but why then would the Axe of Frenzy stack with Animal Power [Intensity of the Resolute, 55% damage modifier]. What gets me the most is that it's a donor/paid for item that could potentially have a worthless clicky now [or a heavily sought after ring that has a worthless clicky if you go to the other side] if you have both items...

With all that said, I'm hoping the "non-stackness" of the two was unintentional and can be easily fixed...
