did any1 ever see this drop and can give me a drop location? Its not in the wiki sadly =(

Been searching for this myself for some time. Was on the verge of pm'ing a GM to confirm that it does still drop. I've been methodically slaughtering things of high t0 / t1 / low t2 and have yet to come up with it. I can only conclude that:
1) It is on a 5% or less loot table.
2) I'm hunting the wrong mobs (still)
3) It was a event item or custom reward, which could easily be confirmed by a GM.
Either way I want that slot 5 proc upgrade so i can toss my chaotic fail legs. Maybe we can get some one to confirm the existence of it so the low tier mobs can stop suffering my wrath.
Also, wiki wouldn't show it as loot tables aren't something added to them. Allaclone would show it, but like many other custom items, not who drops it.

The 'clone
answers most questions, but not this one. At least not conclusively.
Judging from the 'clone entry, it's
not a monster drop, and there's no tradeskill recipe to make it. This means it has to be either from a quest, or nonexistent.

Clone entry not showing it as a monster drop =/= it not being a monster drop. There are very many occasions in the allaclone you can click on a npc name, then an item from the loot list and it will not show who drops it.

From its stats Im thinking tier 2, if it was supposed to be a hint only chests tier 2 i know of are stillmoon and I have killed tons of those always poof statues as well. Charged made me think of BoT but stats a bit too high for that zone and its loot is well documented. It is possible that its an item that was meant for a zone that hasnt came out yet. Dunno
