Custom Helm Graphic issues

Not sure if this applies to normal helmets as well but for sure applies to velious custom helm graphics. This is for old models NOT luclin as well. The only items I am aware of with these custom graphics are the kael helms (webtools/npc.php?id=113131).
While using titanium the issue was with helm showing after zoning the velious custom model would revert to a standard helm graphic for the player. However other people would see this as a custom helm graphic just the wearer would not. In order to fix this the helm was required to be re-equiped so the user could see the custom helm and not a basic helm graphic.
In underfoot it looks like it has a similar issue however instead of it reverting back to a normal helm graphic it just does not show the helm graphic. However others will see the custom helm graphic equiped. For the user to see the graphic the helm must be re-equiped here as well.
