The proc description on this says searing flames blah blah like other fire procs yet clone shows this as a chroma nuke, is the description wrong or the proc set on wrong focus?

Well its a "lure of fear" not of fire.
Plus I like that the boots have a chromatic Arc focus which increases just slightly the proc dps.
Makes my cleric feel useful when I let it melee.

I guess if it was actually meant to be a chromatic nuke my question is why is the chromatic aug from ldons(and your boots) 20% less damage than the others considering that chromatic nukes aren't that powerful anyway. True line of focuses are 80% where as chromatic arc V is only 60%. True line drops in tier 5 and sold on ldon vendors. Chromatic arc V drops in tier 6 and sold on ldon vendors. If you want chromatic arc vi(which I think is the highest at this point) you gotta go to tier 7/8 and its only 75%, still hasn't reached the 80% of the true line 2 tiers back. Maybe a dev can chime in and give some explanation. I really never thought chromatic nukes were so powerful and high damaging that focuses needed to be lower than others.

I think thats because Chroma boost spells like manaflare
Manaflare 3 with 80 dmg focus would be pretty retarded

True true and I run the bard so when I want a little extra dps from the cleric (laugh laugh I know) I use 2.0 then pop shield and turn attack on and that proc is actually up to like 9k range.

Thats a good enough answer I guess had no idea mana flare was affected by chroma focus good info too lmao.
