Item causing crash, least on my end.

Hi there,
Item: Chaotic Force of Health has clickie cast, Celestial Health.
I got this at lower lvls of course, but when i cast it, it locked up my mouse, making it disappear like mouse-look, and says casting spell, causing all my abilities and anything spell related to not work till log out.
It's only one item but i kinda liked that item and thought it would be awesome to use it when u needed heals... assuming u didnt have a healer bot.
