Jaelen's Katana + War 2.0 < Bloodfrenzy + War 1.5..

Okay well I disregarded my post about aggro issues before, but now there really is something weird happening. On every raid that I am on with Extraliten, he pulls aggro unless he waits 10-15% to attack. He's using Bloodfrenzy/war 1.5, im using Vulak weapon + 2.0. We both had the same procs when this happened (I recently upgraded to ST though). I haven't tried it with my new aug yet, but still! Bloodfrenzy really is mean aggro, the question is should it be good enough to compete with a ToV weap + war 2.0? I don't think so personally ><
