Claw of the Arbiter not equippable on back slot

Suggestion: Allow the Claw of the Arbiter 2handed aug to be equipped on the back slot.

The Claw of the Arbiter 2handed aug that drops from The Final Arbiter in Sleepers Tomb is fits the primary and range slots but not the back slot. The epics for SKs and Paladins fit primary, range and back. Putting this aug into those epics prevents you from putting it on the back slot.

A similar aug that drops from Froggernought is the Sharp Froglok Eye. Its a 2handed aug with similar stats and fits in primary, range and back slots. This leads me to think the claw of the arbiter missing the back slot is a simple oversight.
