Good morning. After doing some searching, nerva and I both could not find any Ancient Quickening foci (T6) for int casters. Currently you go from True Quickening with you can get many ways through several items and the 600 point type 2 LDON aug. Then you jump all the way up to Dark Quickening, but from what i have seen you cant get this from DSK, you have to get it from HoH and Nadox boss drops. (There is one in DSK but its necro only).

Any chance yall could add a Ancient Quickening foci item(s) for int casters and maybe a dark quickening item for int casters in T7 other than the webtools/items.php?id=83620 which is nec only?

There is one Dark Quickening in t7 but it is off of Visath and it is a 5% item "Dark Earring of Frozen Poison" is the name. And yes i know Visath is a pain to do but isnt that the fun in it lol ?

Bumping this back up. There really is a large lack of options for "Quickening" focii in general from True and up. Ancient Quickening, especially.

Would be great to have this focus looked at again to add a broader amount of availability among drops from T5 and up.

In addition, I noticed that the Ancient Silk Bracer (VP Quested Armor) has no focus on it. Would be excellent spot to add an Ancient Quickening focus. Just sayin' ...

Maybe in the upcoming Shadow Haven zone.

I hope there's more consideration toward this focus being added more prevalently throughout the tiers than just that! =P

I get that it's a pretty damned good focus to have, since it reduces cast time on nukes, but there really should be more options if only to help with maintaining gear progression for caster classes.

For example, I have True Quickening focus on my wizard from VP robe, but I'd love to upgrade my wizards chest piece to the DSK robe, but I can't give up the focus since I can't seem to get a hold of another focus that goes in a different slot. This would also help those wizards who donate for donator robe to have another option for Quickening focii in another slot.

you can also get this now via the new sol ro zone and upgrading your 600 point ldon aug into Fiery Diamond of Quickening - webtools/items.php?id=121665

Which would be a fantastic use of a type 2 aug slot if I had one... again, I'd have to give up a better piece of armor stat-wise to make use of it.

But, I can't say I didn't consider that one...

I guess if I had donor robe, then that would be exactly my choice (I think that has a type 2 slot on it).
