Well since the cleric clicky on ToV legs was overlooked I figured i'd ask about the monk leggings. Their effects atm are fero 5 and a 12% offense mod, but no clicky. Intended? I see on alla that it says it has a click, but it's blank.

Monks had Quiet Mind, a lull irrc. Created new lull/pacify for enc/bard/monk that works up to lev72. Will go to these legs.

Bards had Jonthan's mighty , lev72 but obviosuly not working.I created an upgraded Storm blade that will be clickable, BRD ONLY! and will last a couple of minutes.

Again, reload etc
